Welcome to the new website for
NOODLE BOOKS (Kevin Robertson)
To reflect our changeover from a retailer of all railway books to primarily that of a publisher, you will notice a few alterations.
Firstly, we will be concentrating on our own books. This means that it is only our own books that are listed in detail, although there will still be a place for a few others.
Highlighted titles by other publishers will change from time to time, so do keep coming back to see what is new.
The updated NOODLE BOOKS catalogue for September 2011 to August 2012, including titles in the
'Southern Way' series is available as page flip brochure.
A list of contents for the various issues of 'The
Southern Way' is also available as a separate PDF

If you require a title not listed or shown, do please contact us, we may have it in stock. (We will still be handling much more stock than is listed!)
Postage - we do not charge postage in the UK on our own publications. Outside the UK postage is to your choice, Air Mail / Surface Mail. We will advise you of the cost BEFORE despatch and deduct from this the UK charge. Please note, postal prices will have to be reviewed annually due to a 35% increase by the Post Office in the UK in the past two years.
Books publishers by others will still be liable for a postal charge. (Over £40.00 post-free in the UK.)
As before, we welcome postage by VISA / MASTERCARD / DEBIT cards. We cannot accept book-tokens. For your safety, card deductions are done manually here. Your card will not be deducted until books are sent.
Your details are also safe with us. We will never pass on your contact details to any third-party. (We have been asked for our mailing list in the past but will continue to refuse.)
Shows and Events. Please see the list for the shows and events we anticipate attending. Some will in future be with a limited stock of title but this will always include all of our own range of NOODLE books. The major events, Southampton, Epsom & Ewell, Scaleforum etc will be attended with the full stock. (Two-tons worth!)
Occasionally we also acquire limited quantities of other publishers new books for sale at bargain prices. These will be available at shows only.
Please note we only deal in UK related railway titles and not in other books. We also do not deal in DVDs.
Second hand titles. We no longer purchase or source second hand railway titles. However, we do buy UK railway slides and negatives taken pre-1970. Reasonable quality please, and NO preservation.
We will continue to produce a monthly newsletter giving details of our own and other books you may find of interest.
With more time available (?), we might even get around to producing even more books!
